Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1‑2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high‑volume seasons, shipment may experience slight delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship from our US fulfillment center.
Standard Shipping: $5.99
Estimated delivery: 3‑5 business days after processing.
Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $79 within the contiguous United States.

Please note: Alaska, Hawaii and US overseas territories are not available for shipping at this moment.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment‑confirmation email with tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking data may take 24‑48 hours to activate after shipment.

Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer‑provided addresses.

Important Return Notice
Do NOT return merchandise to our fulfillment warehouse. All return requests must be submitted by email to service@juin.store. We will issue our designated return address after approval. Items sent directly to the fulfillment center will be rejected and discarded.

International Shipping
Currently we only serve the contiguous United States. International orders are not supported.
