Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and kept in original factory packaging to qualify for return or exchange. Opened or used goods may not be eligible for refund.

How to Start a Return
Please DO NOT send items to our fulfillment warehouse.
To submit a return, contact us at service@juin.store with your order number and brief description of your issue.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you our official US return‑to address. Goods shipped to the fulfillment center will be disposed without refund.

Return Shipping Cost
Buyers bear return‑shipping fees unless the product arrives defective, damaged or wrong item was shipped.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be initiated. Please allow 5‑10 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method. The original shipping cost is non‑refundable.

Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us at service@juin.store with photos within 7 days upon delivery for resolution.
