30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. You may carefully open the package and test the cover indoors for fit. Returned items must be unwashed, clean, undamaged, in the original packaging and free from pet hair, odors, stains or signs of extended use.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Email service@juin.store with your order number and reason for return. Wait for the approved return address before shipping. Do not send returns to the fulfillment center.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
