JUIN Extended Limited Warranty Terms
Standard coverage
Eligible new JUIN products include a 12-month limited manufacturer warranty beginning on the original purchase date. Product registration is not required for this standard coverage.
Extended coverage
Customers who register an eligible product within 60 days of the original purchase date receive an additional 12 months of limited warranty coverage, for 24 months of total coverage from the original purchase date.
Eligibility
Coverage applies to the original purchaser of a new, authentic JUIN product purchased from JUIN or an authorized sales channel in the contiguous United States. Coverage is non-transferable.
What is covered
This limited warranty covers verified manufacturing defects in materials, stitching, elastic edging, included straps and the waterproof membrane, when the product is used and cared for according to JUIN instructions.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear, pilling, fading, stains, odors, pet scratching or chewing, accidental damage, misuse, improper fit or measurements, commercial or rental use, unauthorized alteration, damage caused by incorrect washing or high heat, or damage to the furniture beneath the cover.
Available remedy
If JUIN confirms a covered defect, JUIN may repair the product, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. Availability of colors or discontinued products cannot be guaranteed.
How to make a claim
Email service@juin.store with the purchaser's email address, order number, a description of the issue and clear photos showing the product and claimed defect. Do not ship an item until JUIN provides return instructions.
Proof and verification
JUIN may request reasonable proof of purchase, product labels and photographs to verify eligibility and the claimed defect. Registration is one optional way to keep purchase information on file.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty applies only to the JUIN cover itself. It does not cover incidental or consequential damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Legal rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
